This furniture store is actually under Maddys Home Furniture, if you go to yelp you will see what I am talking about. I lost my patience with this! I bought over 2K worth of furniture from this store at once back in February. They did mistake on their delivery, and it was incomplete, and missed part of my purchase that I paid extra money for! I called them multiple times, first their excuse was covid, so I waited few months. Then now “oh waiting for shipment”, after 7 months. The person who dealt with us was Mash, and he kept on also giving multiple excuses saying he will call me back. He never did. Neither did they give my money back.I would not recommend this place to anyone If you looking for hassle free shopping!

Go to this store only if you're VERY PATIENT or DON'T NEED YOUR FURNITURE RIGHT AWAY. All these 5 star ratings were given the day of purchase because they ask you to rate them right away after a good deal is given. I bought a bed, mattress, the foundation and a dresser on Mon, Oct 1st and was told to expect delivery by Saturday. I waited patiently till Friday afternoon to call to find out delivery time since nobody reached out. I was then told the bed will take 5 WEEKS to deliver so pick a new one. Totally understandable at this point. Mon, Oct 8th, I picked a different bed and was assured by the store manager he'd personally handle the transaction. Nobody is professional enough to call you with any update! 3 WEEKS after my initial purchase and a request to cancel my order, the bed was delivered. Dealing with the delivery company was even more frustrating than the wait time. The delivery guy cut and damaged the bed and didn't say a word about it. I noticed it when i got home but at that point my cousin had already signed the paper stating everything was good. The dresser was delivered about 9 days after the bed was delivered. I didn't bother contacting them about the damage or ask when the dresser was going to be delivered honestly because I was just over the entire situation. 4 WEEKS and some days is what it took to get my complete order so like i said initially, if you don't need it right away or don't mind the wait then go ahead with them since they do have good deals.

I was shopping for a bunk bed for my children and visited with Dubai furniture. My salesman was Arafat, I found a bed I liked and purchased. Arafat promised a Thursday delivery.. NO Delivery, not even a call to tell me it was not showing up AND I have to wait 2 extra days! My family and I waited home all day 12 - 10 pm for a bed that was never to arrive. If I hadn't called to follow-up at 7pm that night I would have never known I wasn't receiving my furniture. I asked what would he do to resolve for this horrible experience and loss of wages and time. 1st, he should've offered - not me asking - then offers 20% off next purchase. No thanks! They wont see me again!nnUpdate: i will not receive my delivery. They have pushed the delivery date out again. I want a refund. Lets see how this goes. I will keep you updated!

I wanted to buy a bed and my roommate wanted a dressed, but our budget was only so much. I was delighted when Arafat told us that he had the perfect bundle set for a very good price. I ended up purchasing a nice full size bed and he even through in the box spring and mattress for an unbeatable price. My roommate was able to get the dresser as apart of the set and the price he paid was great also. We’re both very happy and will be coming back to get more furniture for the new apartment!
