People shouldn't buy from the store this store is very unreliable They show you something in the store and deliver something else alsontheir delivery guys are very disrespectful with women when they are home alone Consumer affair should be involved. Delivery guys are very dirty very unprofessional and will leave all Furnitureboxes behind after you pay for services

1. Purchase insurance for EVERYTHING furniture is made of compressed (fake) wood.nn2. For financing options: Don’t! they will Connect you tonna. Kafene: a leasing company ran online & by phone out of the projects in Lower manhattan.nThey will give you about $2,000 but have high rates & high call volumes especially if they think you don’t want to pay or if you aren’t going to pay.nThe lease is interest free for 90 days or so I think (idk).nn&nnb. Synchrony Home Bank which doesn’t give a lot of money & has high monthly interest rates & late fees. They too will call you a lot & spam that invoice to your mailbox.nn3. The shop:nCustomer service is ok. The shop is small.nn4. My experience:nThey receptionist divided my furniture package in 2 & I ended up owing both companies money for furniture that didn’t last a week. So yes. My Stimmy is gone, Because I rather pay in full than to allow them to continue to harass me by call, text, email & mail. I feel lied to & Deceived. I would never owe 2 companies on top of owning a $5,000-limit credit card with TD! When I called to inquire why I had 2 bills the manager was mad & started yelling so I responded “**** you! I Aint paying ****”.nWell. Know you know.

Bought bedroom set with TV on 11/21/20. Receipt says 6mths warranty for tv.nLast week TV have issue with flickering. Call Alex. He stated there is no warranty. Nothing he can do . All TV from Alex store are refurbished and he sells it as New. And lied about warranty.

Horrible furniture store. The people that work there makes different orders and prices in their packages when you get there. They charge you extra fees because of where they get they merchandise from. Horrible store, rude people, nasty attitudes. Never go here, go somewhere else. They laugh in your face and will not give you any money back.

They talked me out of buying insurance for the furniture. Talking about it was solid wood & was guaranteed to last 10 years & guess what?! The night stand has a short leg & bed broke the same night the mattress was put up. So I called Alex Furniture & I was still told to “buy a new bed”. And lets not talk about the customer service provided by Kafene, their leasing company.
