Horrible customer service, everything was great when I was at the store but once I paid and left, no one is available to speak. I purchased over 3,000 dollars in furniture and now no one picks up the phone to let me know when my items are supposed to be delivered. I have been calling since last week and I live out of state. Now I need to make the trip back to NY to return to the store to request a refund.

I went to the store to ask about a sofa bed and the lady just completely ignored me and I left with nothing. Complete wast of time terrible service.

Avoid these people, I went to the store and placed an order. They priced me a sofa for $1,200. I went online and on their own website and the sofa was half priced, I then called to cancel the order and the rep said it could not be canceled even though it wasn't delivered yet.

Cheap furniture and overpriced. I weigh 145 pounds and my furniture didn’t even last over a year. My dining chair collapsed, sofa sink, bedroom set knobs broke off and bed sunk. I highly don’t recommend. You’re paying for the look not the quality. You could go to Walmart and buy the same quality furniture for a way cheaper price. Please go to bobs or somewhere else. He will say oh this Ashley brand, when it’s not. It’s an imitation of it

Terrible customer service. I called about 1 month ago to get a quote on dining room chairs, I was told to send a picture of the chairs through text. Like I said it's been 1 month still waiting for a reply. I just got off the phone to get an update and I was told she's too busy to call back later and hung up on me. I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
