My girlfriend was trying to order from them today and the first sales person was really helpful and nice. She had a few follow up questions regarding the pricing, however, the second man who picked up was very rude to her and she ended up canceling her order. The entire facility is overall clean however the poor customer service of that man cost another potential client.

I just left Habibi Furniture NY and I must say I am extremely satisfied! I didn’t know what to expect because I live in Pennsylvania but Ehab was very patient and accommodating to my needs. We haven’t gotten the furniture delivered yet so I can’t give 5 stars but customer service was awesome! Will definitely shop here again!!!

This is a nice place that has beautiful furniture. I drove from PA and it was well worth it. Thanks to Ehab for being patient and so accommodating to me and my fiancé.

Please everyone be aware save your money and time spend few hundreds extra and go to a good store.nI did biggest mistake by buying furniture from them. Very low quality furniture don’t buy furniture from this store. Rude and very bad customer service Regret everyday.

I give Habibi Furniture 5 stars ! I found them on Instagram and fell in love with a bed. When I went to their location in the Bronx,NY I was very happy with their customer service. Really nice people. I didn’t remember which mattress I wanted when I placed my order so I was able to FaceTime Sam as he walked through the store to show me the mattresses again! My bed was delivered and built and the delivery was on time the guys were also amazing! (Please have water for these guys they will need it). I was very pleased! I highly recommend Habibi Furniture and if I ever needed anything again I will shop here first ! I had this experience a few weeks ago and I finally had a chance to share this in hopes of others going to these guys as well. You won’t regret it.
