I came across them on IG a couple months ago but I couldn’t purchase because they only delivered in NY. Today I saw a post that they would be in the Florida area . I was excited. My wife and I started looking for furniture we would like in our new home. Like any other company I come here to read reviews. I wasn’t too pleased with what I was reading so I decided not to purchase. I never told them about the reviews I read . I responded to them on IG saying thank you for the response but I’m no longer interested. I went back on their page to save a few pics of some pieces of furniture I liked to try to find similar ones through a different company and they completely blocked me. A legit company that doesn’t have anything to hide wouldn’t do that. They were clearly frightened that I would expose them on their page . Stay away from them. They have scam and bad business written all over them.

Scam. They sell you one thing and try to deliver another. When we wouldn’t accept the replacement and wanted our money back, they returned it but then wouldn’t continue to do business for a different item and kept our deposit without wanting to sell us the furniture. I had to take them to court and they still didn’t return my money or give me the furniture. The man who was nice at first was very disrespectful and aggressive once we didn’t want the bait and switch furniture they offered. Never again.

these people never pick up the phone and have horrible customer service. they totally forgot my sons bed frame then i had to wait an additional two days to get it. i had to contact the delivery guy to fix the issue because the owners never pick up the phone at all NEVER!!!! ive been calling for three days straight

They are the worst! Here is a promise to you... your experience with them will be awful. If your not a celebrity go else where.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars.... and I also wished I looked at the reviews before I purchased anything from them.... they made my move into my new place horrible!!!!!! They are completely unprofessional, all of their furniture are used. The day before I was scheduled to move into my new place they called me saying that they didn’t have all the pieces to my son bedroom set, & asked would I like to have mixed match pieces, I ordered a black set and they wanted me to mix it with grey. That was the first strike, I told them absolutely not and the “manager ” then the stated he would call other furniture store and try to get me all the pieces to my set. The day of my moving, I got another call he so called got all the pieces to my sons bedroom set, but there was now a issue with my bedroom set, they didn’t have the color bed I wanted & that literally did it for me, I had already bought things to match my bed and my Chester, I literally started crying because at this point I had read the reviews and saw that they were scammers and I just knew I was in for a fight with them at this point. I told them absolutely not I will not take a different color and I wanted a refund for my bedroom set but they could still deliver my sons bedroom set and also the sofa and couch set I ordered from them... he said ok it would have to be approved by the “owner” and give him 24 hours.. so they came to deliver the furniture this day *minus* my bedroom set that I was supposed to be getting refunded for. When they came with the furniture I was even more disappointed, they gave us the floor displace sofa with foot prints and paint all over it... the delivery guys claimed they got it from the “warehouse” Which they clearly didn’t because this was the display sofa that I sat in once myself when I went to the store to purchase in the first place... and it was confirmed the next day when I had to go there and the display sofa was gone.. it was gone cause it was in my house ud83dude33.... back to the delivery... after the disaster with the couches .. they started setting up my sons bedroom set where none of the pieces match... and not only that the chester was for a girls room not a boy ... I was over it at this point I called the manager and stated the problem he said he would switch the sofa and the chest, the next day I was waiting on a call from him about the refund for my bedroom set I received none, I ended up going to the store and getting into a heated confrontation with him, because he said I couldn’t get a refund for my bedroom set I ended up having to settle and waiting a whole week for them to get me my correct bedroom set being that they wouldn’t give a refund... the mattress also had some sort of bugs on it which I had to throw out that was $700 down the drain ... but there’s no winning with these people unless you’re ready to go to court or jail maybe? ... don’t buy from samira you will seriously put yourself through the worse experience... I actually would only buy from the bigger name stores now... and also they never came back for the girly chest I am still stuck with it ... I spent nearly $8000 in this place and it was a complete waste of money... my husband and I are actually Looking for new furniture only a month after moving into our new place . Horrible!!!!!!!!! I can’t stress it enough the most horrible experience ever!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!
