Representative took good care of my son. They provided extra discounts on his purchases. Everyone in that outlet are courteous, and treat you with respect. They answer all your questions and provide you with names with whom you can talk too in you need additional help. They are always on time with your delivery.

LOVE the customer service here. We have gotten our furniture in excellent condition and in very good timing, even a last minute rushed purchase needed on the same day! The Manager Manny is super kind and helpful as is Z, who showed us many options for what we were looking for. They also helped us find the kind of furniture that was right for our needs and likes. Great place!

Having the worst experience with this store.nPurchased bedroom and living room furniture back in March.nWhen they delivered my furniture they forgot one of my nightstands and the leg in the bar was broken. I immedw called them to let them know.nThey state they souk ld have to order the nightstand. Why do it needs to be ordered shouldn't you have that already.nnThen covid happened theynwere closed. I waited patiently until they re-opened. When I called they stated that they will have to order it( I thought that was taken care of already) I proceeded to call them every weeknThey kept saying that they waiting for it to be delivered the store opened back up in June.nnThey keep telling me that they are waiting for a delivery job in jersey in order to get me my furniture that I already paid.nnWhy should I have to wait this yall mistake. If I don't have my furniture bi need a full refund

if you buy anything from there and they tell you that they will deliver it within a week, don’t believe them. I went to buy a chest and they said they can get the color I want and deliver it within in a week. But it took them more than month. I’ve seen there were other customers at the store complaining for the same issue.

Worst store ever. They tried to overcharge me for a product i found elsewhere for $200 cheaper. They don't have the product in stock and they want a 40% restocking fee for a product that they don't even have in stock
