My mother and I recently purchased a dinning and living room set. We were taken care of by Sales Rep, Ben P. He was polite, and very patient in helping us navigate the best fit for our home. Ben provided excellent customer service, from ordering to delivery Ben was attentive every step of the way and for that we are appreciative.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this location. Terry-Ann was so helpful and knowledge about the merchandise in the store. I told her my budget and my vision and she patiently worked with me to help me find EXACTLY what I was looking for. Thank Terry-Ann for making this such an easy and positive experience.

Jose was phenomenal,he cared about my needs and ensured I was satisfied.He exemplify what a true professional is. I've been to many stores and the service he gave was exceptional.He was patient and passionate about his clients needs.I would recommend him to my friends and family.Thank you Jose !! Run out this store especially with their sofas bought a leather couch the color started coming off they came and spray painted it and it started happening again never replaced my couch offered to spray paint it again. I sent them to hell if i can prevent someone else from going through this with this review im satisfied. Save your money and go to Ashley’s furniture wish i could of gave them no stars on this review.
