Jericho furniture

My mother ordered a head piece for her bedroom set and she spent 10 hours waiting for the scheduled delivery and it NEVER arrived. When I tried calling them the phone did not work. This is the worst furniture place I have ever dealt with. Horrible service. DO NOT BUY anything from this place.nn.

Great in store customer service. Horrid delivery .. Delivery a day late after i took off work . No calls or info given

This is the worst experience the worst coustomer service been waiting for 3 days for my delivery today 2/3/21 I’m still waiting on a delivery that was set for 6pm it’s 9:30 no curtesy call nothing never again.

Manager is rude and doesn’t know what he is doing he tries to confuse the customer pretending that they’re wrong even though he was wrong
