This is definitely my go to place. The staff is super friendly, the delivery people stay in communication with you, & they go the extra mile to make sure their customers are 110% satisfied & happy. It feels like family honestly.... plus their prices are great and they work with you if you don't have the credit.

This is not the first purchase we received from Furniture Direct. Recently, we purchased a bunk bed for our daughters. The staff are great and their follow up is great as well. The experience of delivery was fine but assembly of the bed seemed rushed and we weren't sure it was sturdy. We called Furniture Direct and they sent someone out right away to make the bed as sturdy as possible. We will definitely continue to get our furniture from them. Furniture Direct is an excellent company where you can get nice merchandise at excellent price. The people are very professional and polite.
