I would definitely buy from here again. My mother and I bought a bed frame, mattress, and a mattress encasement and are very satisfied. The layout of the store is appealing and inviting. Ray is a magnificent salesperson. He is very knowledgeable and has a lot of integrity. He doesn’t double talk to get a commission. Elizabeth kept the lines of communication open regarding the delivery date and the status of delivery when they were en route. The delivery date was on the date promised, however, it took all day for the delivery when we live only several blocks away. Initially, I was annoyed, but the rationale is that they do the deliveries that are farther away first and then the local ones later so as to beat the traffic. If you’re from NYC, that makes total sense, as the traffic is awful here during the day. Once that was explained to me, the annoyance ended. The delivery men (didn’t get their names) were excellent. They took little time to assemble the frame and put the encasement on the mattress. In and out- exactly what I like! The personal touch they provide is so rare- not like those impersonal big box stores! Overall, I’m very pleased and will go to them for all of my furniture needs!nnI bought a coffee table, two end tables, and a lingerie chest on Monday July 8, 2019. Jack has been phenomenal in terms of the sales details. He listened to my particular needs and was able to accommodate. Matt was very instrumental in the sale, too. Wonderful customer service. Had reached out a few weeks ago as a product I saw online had been slated for pre order. The sales rap was really helpful and even call the manufacturer to find out the timeline for me. After securing everything on my and ordered and they reached back out to let me know the timeline had moved up immediately after I placed the order online. Always happy to support a local business over some of the others online and really recommend using them. Will update after my item gets delivered.
