Terrible customer service, the people who set everything up probably dont know how to screw something properly. Typical Bronx furniture spot. They also dont give refunds for when they mess up on a service, they make empty promises on the phone and never follow through, stay away from here.

I’ve been told I would receive my bed the same day I paid and that turned out a lie it’s day 3 since I purchased 3 items from this store .They been saying I’m next on the list and never got to me.They answer the phone but tell you lies I wish I never brought anything from here .So if you READING THIS DONT BUY FROM HERE !!!!

Don’t buy Ashley furniture from this location everything will fall apart in a week or two and they will not help you and you will lose your money. The owner of this place robbed discover bank for $2700 in 2013 I don’t expect much of him.

Waited over a month for a small couch and still have not received it . Everytime I call they don’t pick up the phone . When I do get an answer they are always giving me the run arounds . They never know when they expect their shipments and their customer service is horrible. Worst mistake I ever did was ordering from these people . BEWARE !
