2 of the drivers for this company go to the big o tire right next to my shop. I have a barrel placed at the end of the dinger bell hose. Both driver move my barrel to turn around but neither of them put it back. Thats lazy behavior and extremely annoying. Look if your gonna move stuff at my shop better be putting it back especially when asked to. The other driver that comes by doesnt even have to move it i dont know if hes just better at driving truck or what but im getten frustrated with these drivers.
Used to use them for freight. Billing Department will charge you the wrong amount despite having a tariff and an account set up at set rates. They takes weeks to respond to emails if they do respond. Would recommend using a different shipper based on poor communication, billing, and sales.
