We've been storing things here for the past 5 years. Pleasant experience with staff and storage unit. Only a handful of times have we had a problem with the gate (less than 3) and overall a great experience renting here. Would definitely recommend.
Yessy was such a great help. I had no idea what I was getting into and her demonstration of knowledge was great.
Very helpful crew at NJ self storage had no problems with accessing the facility.Val the g.m. is a friendly ,warm - hearted person who was very helpful, i recommend to all to use NJ self storage.
Staff is excellent and friendly but the elevator is chronically out of order and they offer very little credit. Seems to be slow action and at the corporate / national level. Good if you’re into intense cardio.
Service at front desk is great .but I think need some care the building Elevators maintenance and a good cleanup will b great
