The worst delivery company ever, I would have given them lower if I could.A simple small refrigerator to a NY apartment and they could not get it right. THREE failed attempts. First one they showed up after the business hours and building allowed times even after it had been specified 3 weeks in advanced.Second time they did not realize the refrigerator had been dented, so they took it back. Third time they didn’t want to take the old refrigerator out after it had been specified in the contract and confirmed with their own team the day before. Also refused to and were incapable of doing a door swing after it had also been specified and cleared a week before and confirmed the day before.nI have had. Many deliveries in NYC for clients with other companies and would not purchase any thing from a company that uses them for delivery.nDo yourself a favor and check when you buy making certain that they are not the delivery service.

If there was negative Stars I would give them 100 stars negative. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company. Rudest delivery people who hardly speak English and customer service is non-existing. I had to take so many days off from work and they didn’t communicate to Home Depot and Home Depot didn’t communicate to them. They literally left a washer dryer in my living room without installing it even though that was what I paid for: delivery and installation.

Customer service and delivery guys are all rude. Unless Home Depot stops dealing with this company, I will not order any home appliances from Home Depot. You must thank to me if you are going to order home appliance from Home Depot because you will have nightmares for weeks.

I am very impressed with the perfect delivery experience I have just had with Home Delivery America. The delivery of a very enormous refrigerator was done with ease and in a pleasant, professional manner.
