I recently had a couch delivered from EQ3 and had a wonderful experience with Select Express. The couch was originally going to be shipped through another company, but the other company refused to provide a certificate of insurance. Once the order was transferred over, Select Express got the couch delivered seamlessly within a week. They provided a certificate of insurance right away that met all of my building's specifications. The couch was delivered exactly when scheduled, and the delivery people were polite and efficient. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend
Worst delivery service ever. Missed my delivery window 3 times with no call to tell me they’re running late or couldn’t make it, just never showed up!! On the 4th try, they showed up 2 hours late (it was almost 11pm...), and the delivery men left my package in the middle of my hallway completely obstructing the ability for anyone to pass through. Said were too tired and would come back in a few days to put it in the room of my choice (what I paid for). Absolutely horrifically unprofessional. Wish companies would stop using them.
Can't get through to anyone, on hold no matter what time you call. No one calls you back, leave messages for the supposed correct person, but they don't return callsnHard to believe these guys stay in business!
Waiting two weeks for our delivery. Delivery was finally scheduled for today. They never showed. I called three times today. The first two times they left me on hold then hung up. The third call went to an answering machine that was full. If you have a choice, do not use this business.
They got me unloaded quickly but it is TIGHT!! You will have to blindside into the docks.
