A terrible company to do business with overall. Former employees such as Brian Golden were unprofessional, rude and even non communicative abusive to employees.
DO NOT USE! After having numerous serious issues during a stressful international move (Australia to USA) with disgusting courier behaviour (including yelling at me, not being able to tell me what customs forms I needed, not coming on time and not communicating), plus a lack of help from customer service, etc., my shipment was delivered in pieces days apart. The tracking online wasn't accurate and inspired zero confidence on the rest of my shipment arriving. I have emailed and called many times and I have had no response. TNT has no accountability and has clearly proven their incompetence in every part of their service.
We are shipping from USA overseas for our customer. You try and contact them via the 800#, you get Fedex who cannot help for beans. In fact, rude Fedex people to deal with. It is worse than going to DMV-frustrating...... The only way to get anything done is go to the overseas customer as the US customer service is non-existent, even emailing them is not an option!
Don't even think about relying on this company to delivery important business documents in a timely fashion
