Service here is excellent, no hassle at all.nDont' know why so many bad reviews?? If you do your homework i.e. follow online form filling instructions, collect the said documents and do notary as instructed, you will be done there in 5 mins only. People are very professional and there to help.

working stuff is unorganized not working properly.. my file is hear more then 3months .. but still i am not get any response for any side.. the stuff need to fire and hire well organized working good..

My renewal of my passport started fast at beginning. But now status shows at Embassy for decision making. Its been 3 months now.nCan you please update. Coz its emergency to go india.nThank you

Total waste. do not deserve your service. they will never respond to your quires on time. more over always ask to re-do all steps again..such as waste of time and energy.nthere IT system is so buggy..half of the time it says invlaid address.nand do not care to fix it.

Can't reach CKGS over phone or email for very long time now. I have applied for passport renewal for my kids with same documents. One of the passport was processed without issues and for the second one, I keep getting emails asking for visa document. I have submitted the same twice, however they send same text again and again. I have no way to understand what is expected. No way to reach the call center number and my emails are also unanswered.nAny suggestions on how this can be escalated? I saw similar issues reported by so many people. Is Indian embassy not worried about the reputation of their services?
