Sunglass Hut at Macy's

Highly disappointed at the sales service here.nThe manager is extremely rude & so is his associate Ben Riviera. I had bought a pair of sunglasses for my husband a few days ago & they both had this rude attitude when you ask any questions on the sunglasses & not interested in helping or showing at all. Today i walked in to exchange them with my husband & they repeated their worst behavior & we ended up returning the sunglasses.nThey’re giving sunglass hut & Macy’s a bad namenHope some action is taken against them!

I’m giving one star because of the employee working in the sunglasses area, not the one having blue eyes but the other one, I was busy with my kids otherwise I would talk to the store manager. He was so mean to me, when talking to him, I totally forgot that the mall was close the previous two months, he laughed at me, and then because I really wanted to purchase a sunglasses pair, he was telling his colleague:” she already tried 10 pairs!!” How can I purchase something without trying it on?!!!! To spend money it’s okay but not to try on?!! What kind of people are around this world now?! When I changed my mind for another pair, he clacked the door of the closet because he didn’t like it!! If I could give zero stars I would only because of that person! I hope the manager of the store will put him somewhere else because I would never buy again from there. I bought many times from there but never again......
