Went to the store to look at refrigerators. We had to check a few things before we ordered one so the guy there told us to call and he can take care of things when we decided what could be done. Well, we have tried over and over and NO ONE there picks up a phone. We have left numerous messages and NO ONE has returned our call. Very disappointed in Sears. Gave it 2 stars because the man was friendly. Otherwise it would be one

Good place for year end appliance shopping, they got great deals usually

Sorry to say the outlook of retail doesn't look good...there are hardly any workers, had to search for someone to ring me up at the other end of the store. You can get no one to help in assistance, no one.
