Worst customer service! agree with other reviews that they refuse to take returns because it looks bad and affects their individual store margins. Unbelievable that such an expensive brand would allow their stores to operate under this policy and treat their customers who are spending >3k in their suits this way.

Terrible customer service. God forbid you would want to return something to this location, they treat you like you owe them something. Apparently processing a return gives them a negative feedback or unpaid extra work. So I decided to take all my future returns to this store particulary to Jackie (if thats her real name) to make her feel even worse. See you soon Jackie. And expect a call from consumer affairs department.

Bought 4 suits a few years back to start a new job; what a nightmare! Two weeks later, when I went to pick up the suits , I was told my credit was denied (and therefore the suits weren't ordered), because I had moved recently. This is the only time this has ever happened to me. The suits had to be re-fit and re-fit again, and it took months to finally get them. I will never shop with this company again.

The most beautiful Store in the City at Hudson Yards. Brooks Brothers new concept really amazing. Beautiful!!
