Hotter coffee than the others and hot food was well made. Thanks.
Just moved to the area and I absolutely love the friendly staff in this location. Our order was taken by Eve, she's incredibly sweet, polite and makes an amazing iced coffee. This is the 3rd time we've been there and she was as sweet as ever to my daughter and I! I will go out of my way to get my coffee here. I'd rate it 10 stars if I could.
I don't give bad reviews, if I don't like it, I don't go back. BUT this dunkin donuts is so bad I had to. Every time, they mess up the order. Everytime you order a drink, latte etc they charge you and you get iced coffee. My kids keep bringing me stuff from there, their order is wrong, mine is and you guessed it, you get iced stale coffee. So bad I don't eat it and throw out the coffee because it's not even good coffee. Keep driving, don't go.
This franchise is excellent. The workers are so fast and friendly, I always leave with a smile on my face. The manager is very competent and the store is super clean. I've never had any issues with my orders or service here, unlike the Dunkin in Keene.
