Wasn't very impressed with both times that I went here, first time I had just got home from work and was cutting it close to Verisons closing time but was my only day that week that I was going to make it there to fix my phone issues. Pulling in and its almost 6.. 5 minutes until, you could see the man working inside saw that we had pulled in, sent my husband in right away because I had to get my child out of the car. No sooner husband was back and the man working locked the doors and shut down the lights knowing we were heading inside. Sure I was just getting there but I thought that you were to be taken as long as you got to whatever place as long as you were there before the time of closing and employees stayed there until you got everything important done with. Definitely not the case here. So disrespectful. 2nd time wasn't much better, whoever was working couldn't help us with a stolen phone issue and told us to contact customer service and they would answer the questions.. well then why do you work there if you can't answer some simple questions?? Was more or less giving me one word answers just so he could hurry up and lock the doors and go home. Businesses should look into having a little more friendly staff and know how to answer a few simple questions about a product and a long time customer who just needed an little advice.

All of my experiences at Verizon Zone have been very good. All of their employees have always been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend doing business with them.

My Grandmother had some issues with her iPhone that I unfortunately couldn’t figure out, so I took her here and Jameson was happy to help, granted he did not have to - like at all. But he was very polite, he didn’t urge me to buy anything I didn’t need, and was very genuine. The other lady and gentleman were also superb people, who loved my son. When I’m ready to switch I will drive from Berlin just for their customer service ud83dude43

I had an outstanding customer service experience on 7/21 at this location, the manager Sara Chase was patient, knowledgeable and very professional . She solved my problem, which involved a lengthy phone call to my previous carrier, and was able to multi task with other customers as well as supervise a new employee while she was solving my issue. A real customer pleaser.
