We would highly recommend White Mountain AV and its proprietor Joe. From a technical perspective, he was incredibly helpful and competent -- Joe paid close attention to the needs for our event and recommended equipment that worked perfectly in our complex space (a large, multi-story barn as well as an outdoor garden on a mountainside), thoughtfully coached us enough to understand and manage things, and handled setup and take-down very smoothly. His AV work was seamless and stayed as a backdrop to the main event, allowing the details of the day to shine rather than the audience being distracted by technical matters. From a human perspective, Joe shined even more. He was unerringly friendly and cheerful, prompt himself yet so understanding of the times when our responses were delayed as we pulled everything together, and generally just a pleasure to work with. He paid close attention to details and double checked everything in advance, but with a beaming smile throughout. You will not go wrong working with Joe.
