I came in last Monday evening and had a great experience. The staff members were very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Overall I had a great experience here. Looking forward to those hot summer days and some delicious ice cream from this location.

I work across the street from them and me and my best friend went in. Pretty late and they were pretty close to closing. I didn't want to do that because I work in a food place and I know how irritating that can be. However the two women who were in there was very kind and accepting and they helped regardless. Shout out to you two

Ive been here 6 or 7 times in the past 6 months. A little pricey but, the ice cream has been pretty good. My problem is the employees. Everytime I have gone they act like they don't want to be there at all and are rude. I'll walk in, go to the counter to order and the employees I've dealt with won't even acknowledge me when I come inside. They just stand there and stare at me until I order. I asked what's the biggest size they had and the lady just pointed to some cups that were on the counter. My 3yr old was with me and wanted to look at some chocolate that was for sale in the store. So we walked away from the counter to look at it while the lady was making the ice cream. She literally put everything down and told me to come pay while we're still browsing and she was in the middle of making the ice cream. They have a tip jar right by the register thats asks if they made the experience fun and I laugh everytime I see it. I get its a job, but if you hate serving ice cream please go work somewhere else.

Honestly my favorite evening place. Service is typically good. Prices that won't shock you. I can see why they have so many reviews.
