Ordered a number 2 cake for our grandaughters birthday. It was beautiful and tasted amazing. Will definitely be back. Our family will be using them again for another grandaughters first birthday. We finished the entire cake. Frosting was awesome too!
We've tried a few bakers in the area for cakes, and the Cake Specialist is by far the best across the board. I was able to get my son a really cool cake, with a fun trendy look, for his birthday at an affordable and fair price. The whole thing was edible, and structured in a way that was solid for transportation.nnThe cake itself was absolutely perfect. Delicate and balanced, obviously still fresh and not dried out from repeated freezer cycles. We went with chocolate, it was amazing. Buttercream was exactly what you'd expect. These lovely bakers used buttercream as the primary, which shows their skills off, and also everyone knows fondant may be pretty but it's not fun to eat.nnI do not need to keep looking for a cake baker, I have found one.

Absolutely the best cake hands down. Amazing staff and the cakes never disappoint. They have done my birthday cake,Wedding cake, my husband birthday cake, and friends. I will always come here.
