I watched one pallet of goods leave our facility. I was charged for 2 pallets being shipped.nnI spoke to a very friendly and helpful secretary and was forwarded to the owner who was very short and unhelpful. Because a ship slip had 2 pallets written on it, he said that they hauled 2 pallets. I asked what needed to happen to contest the 35 dollar charge and was told that there was nothing they could do about it.nnWe missed a typo on the ticket and their driver did as well. It would seem that a simple phone call to the receiving party could clarify how many pallets were received.nnI guess customer service and satisfaction are not very relevant to some companies.nnI would highly suggest finding a different transport company. There are plenty out there that would not abandon a customer over 35 dollars.
