Walgreens Photo

Created a photo project on their kiosk and received an order #. I asked at the end if I’m suppose to get a receipt and he says “no.” I wait for the photo delivery through the intercom, I go up after an announcement. I checkout at the regular cashier but it turned out the guy at the photo dept gives the cashier the wrong receipt. I go back to the photo dept only to receive the wrong photos even after he assisted me at the kiosk editing my project. (Not his fault as it’s hard to remember what specific people order.)nI inquire on an estimated time of delivery and he says “it hasn’t gone from this computer to that” pointing to the printer monitor. He says I will receive an email notification however I explain to him I never set up an email. The kiosk only asked for my phone #znnA lady walks in whom I’m assuming is the supervisor comes in asking him what is the problem. No introduction and very unprofessional slouching rolling her eyes saying she can walk me through it again since “we have no control of what happens.” It wasn’t until she started “walking me through” the kiosk that she explained that the actual project never went through in the 1st place from the actual kiosk to their 1st monitor. He only explained it never went from their 1st monitor to their photo monitor.nnAlready wasted time creating the project, waited for delivery and then having to do it again not knowing if it will go through the 2nd time while they “have no control of what happens?” NO THANKS. Waste of time and effort.nnTerrible customer service, no accountability and no communication skills here.

I uploaded photos to Walgreen's for print and pick up. They weren't ready when the email reply said they would be. They were hi-resolution photos. The prints are not sharp and crisp at all, they are blurry.. They look like something taken with an old disposable 110 film camera. When I asked about it, I was told that's the best quality the printer can do. I haven't had pictures printed in a long time but these are awful. I've used Costco in the past and never experienced poor quality like this. I won't be back for photo services at Walgreen's ever again.

Had pictures developed and also purchased the USB option. When I collected my photos there was a note that they were out if USB sticks even though I was charged for one. Feel that I should have been alerted immediately after placing my order of this issue.

Quick and the employees are friendly! I print photos with them often.

We went there to pickup our photos that we ordered online. And this has been our 4th time. And every time there’s no one at the photo service. When we press the bell to ring so the photo staff will come and give us our photo, it always takes like 5-10 mins. Sometimes the staff is on break or sometimes the staff is just not there. If feels like nobody is printing photo and their Walgreens.nnSecond, The customer service is rude. We tried a sample of their photo where we got free from online for one 8x10 photo and she was just not very happy that we got it for free.nnI had my cousin coming there also with me to pick up the sample at the same time and she was angry that we ordered free samples and said next time she will charge for the second person because only one sample is good for one household. Yeah but my cousin lives at a different house. So she should not be angry at us and keeps yelling that she wants charge us.nnI would not go back to this location. The customer service at the photo is really rude.
