Very polite staff and very friendly. Well maintained and clean store. If you have any point of sale issues and get double charged on your sign up fee be prepared to have a 5 month run around with your bank and the store to get you your 400 dollar double charge refunded though

The woman (I think her name is Kayliee? Not sure. She uses glasses, small) was very helpful and fixed my problem very fast. I will give it to her more than 5. She is a problem solver and very efficient.n(The other guys didn't help)

My visit with Kailee was excellent as my past visits Have been. I was very upset with the text from t-Mobile I had received prior to my visit demanding payment and notice of late fees and suspension. That text was rude, abrasive and demanding. I thought it was spam. I never thought T-Mobile thought so little of me as a customer after many years of service. Fortunately Kaiser straightened out T-Mobile's mistake! But I'm still not happy with the whole situation.
