Great auto repair parts store. Generally has needed parts unless it is a special part. Lends no cost tools when buying parts from them.
They really help out African American people so good where I felt like family and tipped the assist manager. The experience was good where I can bring my kids here to this store for an resource. ud83dude4f ud83dude03
Went there twice on Easter Sunday 2020. Both cashiers didn't ask for my rewards card or card cell phone number. The first time I remembered and got my discount. I forgot the second time. Never had such bad service either. It was like I was bothering them to be there. I won't be back. I'd give it a negative 5 stars if I could. I'll go back to O Reilly's on Auburn Way. A little out of my way but worth the drive.
I've been coming in regularly for parts for a few years. The cashiers are incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly, something that is incredibly rare in a big-box store. I keep making excuses to come back.
Great place but can be so very expensive sometimes compared to parts on eBay or wish for a fraction of the price most the time ...but if you need it now they probably GOT IT...
