I will never purchase anything from Aaron's again. Being told wrong information on deliveries, customer service is not good and staff playing in the phone is not good business!!
Got nice stuff but very expensive
I use to love doing business with Aaron's. However over the past year there customer service has gotten horrible. I wont be returning to the Kent store any time soon.
they don't care. they sell bad products. Brand new fridge two years old and quit working. My other freezer before this purchase I had for 35 years and not one problem at all. Don't buy. Not the first time. We had mattress issues to and they just don't care. Buyer beware
The location on Pacific Hwy S in Kent had the worst customer service ever! They told me that I did not read what I ordered even after sending them an email of my order confirmation showing them that my order included 2 night sands. They raised their voices at me as if I made the mistake. Now they want to ship me a a partial order and if I cancel they want to charge me for a month when I do not have the merchandise! How are they going to tell me that I did not know what I ordered and raise their voice doing so! Anytime I place my CC on merchandise I completely know what I ordered. They need people who can deliver real customer service! This is the first time I have ever dealt with rude customer service with Aaron's and I have paid off huge items with this company but this location need to get it together!
