I only called and whoever the staff member was they were friendly and very nice and they helped me tremendously in finding cards for my government phone . thank you for your time and help.
Great customer service. They went above and beyond to help us out.
No. Just no. Social/physical distancing or notn...you should be open and taking customers until the time it says you close. That was 6pm. I rolled in at 5:40 because I work. I needed assistance with purchasing a new phone. I was met with a CSR who wouldn't even let me in the store and said their systems had to be shut down at 5:45 even though they close at 6. Health crisis or not...that sounded like an excuse to close up early and go enjoy the sun. I've been so stressed lately that, well even if he just did his job and waited on me, it would have made my day. Instead I left in tears. I won't be back again.
This is the best t-mobile location I've been to. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Ramon is exceptionally helpful. He stayed after the store closed to help my husband and I get new phones and change our plans. We were never rushed and all our questions were answered honestly. He was also generous for replacing my broken charger cord. T-Mobile is known for their excellent customer service and this location exemplifies that!
Good customer service but wish their prices were better.
