Yaritza and Maria were my customer service representatives and were very courteous and extremely helpful. They assisted in everything I needed and helped me pick out a new phone and sent me on my way. Great store and very friendly. Im glad i came to this store. Customer service is awesome. Noemi is the sales rep who helped me .Loved how she treated us and got me and my husband exactly the phones and a very good plan for our family. I would definitely give her a 100 stars for being a great helper and good customer service. Would bring more people here just because her service was excellent! 100% :)
In the middle of my transaction a woman walked up to the counter and she started to help her and another customer. Before closing my transaction out. Felt that was very rude and not good service. The other woman working stayed working with her customers until completed. She had a nice personality and during talking to the other customer she then informed me that my phone was still uploading. It should have been said first. That's why I rated 3 stars.
