I didn't have a great experience. The hours were posted, but no one was there. I called them and had to return later. I wasn't confident that they knew what they were doing.

My hard drive failed and I was unsure what my options were. Patricio was very friendly and very thorough in explaining what I could do next and how to help with each option. He was extremely helpful in answering my questions and was not pushy or condescending at all, which you run into a lot with tech support. Really positive experience and helped me get up and running again.
