Moving Forward made our move stress-free. They did all packing the day before the move. The next day the movers arrived to load the truck. After the truck arrived at our new home our furniture was placed in its proper place and the packers (from the day before) unpacked all boxed items and put them away in their appropriate locations. When the crew left, everything was in its place and all boxes and packing were taken away. What was left at our previous home was taken to the company-affillated consignment shop to be sold. Everything was done well and efficiently.
Broken valuables and not on time. Tracked mud all through my white carpet with her shoes. Also promised to assemble furniture and did not!!!! The movers just left me with furniture to put together as an elderly. The staff told me they were treated poorly and were not allowed to eat lunch. I felt so bad I told them to go eat and I wouldn't tell their boss.
Had a wonderful experience with Moving Forward and would definitely recommend them. We hired them to move our parents into Independence Village in White Lake and they did an excellent job! No complaints and very fast and efficient.
My uncle was so satisfied with the service they provided moving his belongings from a storage unit into his home! Excellent and friendly staff and movers. Would absolutely recommend Moving Forward!
Moving Forward came to the rescue, helping to move a large piece of furniture that needed to be done urgently. Denise in the office was crucial to making it work!
