Doesn't do anything they say. Been over a week and still can't figure out how to port a number. GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE. THIS ONE SUCKS

1. Got an email that I could upgrade my phone, went in to the store and Bill couldn’t see my available upgrade on his end.n2. After resolving my availability to upgrade I was then ridiculed for not having my phone backed up and that I shared my iCloud with another person (my mother).n3. When I was finally able to use my new phone I had also purchased a case ($40), soon after using it I realized it was too chunky for my liking. I returned to the same store to return it and I had both consultants eye roll at me for wanting to return my case. While I waited for the return one of the gentleman tried to sell me on the newest Apple Watch, disregarding the fact that I had already been wearing one. Just trying to sell me something I had already had.nnOverall not satisfied with my trips (yes trips, there were many and for a duration of 1-2 hours spent each time) and would recommend spending time and money elsewhere.

I was at the Sprint store on October 8th, Bill Karwoski was beyond helpful. I came in with an ancient phone (6s) that was barely working, the screen was cracked and I needed to update my contract. He was knowledgeable in helping me upgrade my phone and setting everything up for me on the new iphone 11.nnI walked out of there extremely happy with the entire experience, the price was affordable and he was even able to lower my monthly bill. Overall, I would definitely recommend going to this store and asking for Bill. It was quick, easy and I left satisfied.
