It was an awesome experience! I was taken care of like I've never been taken care of before. They really know their stuff. If you have a bad back knees feet problems. You need to go here. 100% recommend!
From first visit, showed me great outstanding customer service. Was looking for ah bed, allowed me to take my time, test out bed, pillow, and were very knowledable as well. Not just showed me great service before the transaction, but also after. Came out to house to help with issue had with remote having child lock to unlock it. Highly recommend them.

We have been dealing with Relax the Back for gosh probably 10 years or more now. We have purchased so many things over the years and every single item has been fabulous. The team at the store is top notch. Laura is always, always going out of her way to help and really knows her products. Peter is on top of any questions I have ever had.nIn addition to being great business people to work with they both are also fantastic people in general! Just to let you know a few things we have purchased, is the massage chair, an office chair, a foot rest for working long days at the desk to keep your legs moving, a cushion for driving long hours for our service tech in their vans, pillows and many misc little items too.
