Mark was awesome! He was more than accommodating and went above and beyond customer service today! I got a brand new phone and was out in an hour! I recommend seeing Mark for anything you need!

I went in to the store on 4/2 with plans to cancel my service due to the outrageous issues i’ve had with my bill. I previously called T mobile customer service and they were absolutely no help, they said they would fix the issue and they did not. Today when I explained my situation to Aleah and Mahron they went above and beyond to assist me. They offered me more help than any other customer service reps i’ve spoken with during my time with T mobile. They truly did everything in their power to address my issues and keep me as a customer. As a business owner I know the importance of good customer service and Aleah and Mahron are shining examples of what great customer service looks like. I strongly suggest that T mobile corporate reach out to these reps in order to replicate what these two are doing across the company. Thank you again Aleah and Mahron for all of your help.
