I recommend this place because they are willing to think outside the box to solve a problem instead of giving up when the easy way doesn't work.nnI'll explain: I didn't pay for a service here but I got my phone fixed for free. I needed help getting a stripped screw out of the back of my phone. Another cell phone repair service gave up on me when they tried to unscrew it but failed (I tried that, too, otherwise I wouldn't be there). The guy here talked with me and offered to try a sketchy method. I was down for it since this phone is 4 years old. He ended up sawing down the screw so I could rip out the back cover and fix my phone myself. It did some damage to the plastic cover but I don't care since it doesn't affect my use of the phone at all. To my amazement, he did that with two other customers there and he kept his cool. I left the place with a big grin on my face.
This is the best place to go if you need your cracked cell phone repaired, like I did. Tommy is professional, courteous, and very experienced. He was upfront about the cost and did a phenomenal job. My phone looks brand new. And, he was $25 bucks cheaper than the quotes I got from his competitors. Top notch!
