Worst customer service... some employees need to learn the custom is always right. Especially when your TV is advertising it. Not tell your customer there wrong. Unreal!! Hire more friendly people. I will never go back to this version store.
After having Verizon corporate breached contract & suspended r service 4 no reason Allie here in the store not only connected me 2 'customer service' the evening b4 (corporate hung up!) She called in 4 me & helped me get thru 3 reps 2 have my service restored fee free! The reps here @ this location were extremely helpful & empathic while keeping an inviting & grem free environment. I like them as much as my home store, the reason we've bin w Verizon 4 over a decade

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was quick and easy. I highly recommend this Verizon retailer, they know how to do business.
Went to the store for help, was told that they could not help us with a broken phone. We carry insurance on the phones, all they gave us was a website to go to. This place sucks and I will never go back there. I pride myself to shop local, but I feel that they just blew me off. After they get your money, they don't want to deal with you.
