After spending over an hour at the Apple store with no help and more issues being created than solved, I went to the closest T-Mobile which is this one. Dalton and Maddie were working and are absolutely INCREDIBLE!! I was so stressed when I walked in and was ready for another bad experience. They made me feel comfortable and like a valued customer, as customer service should be!! They helped me out in less than 15 minutes and were so kind and fun to talk to. Don’t bother with an Apple store and come here!!

We have talked to multiple people at multiple different stores trying to get information on a new plan and phones. Thank Goodness we landed at this T-Mobile store. By far Marcus was the most helpful, informative, polite, respectful, and by far the most honest person we have talked to. He was greatful to help and answer any questions we had. Marcus was super fast at setting up our new phones. Oh and we can not forget Dani! She is awesome to! Thank You!! We are happy we have finally found a honest, fast, reliable T-Mobile Store. Thank You!nnI totally recommend going to see Marcus and Dani!

I was having trouble with my Sprint phone and the gentlemen at this T-Mobile store were fantastic. Attentive as soon as we walked in the door. Ryan, the store manager, was exceptional. He was so knowledgeable and helped me so much. I was in and out over a couple days but each time, they were very gracious and so patient with me and my tempermental phone. Of course, my phone didn't act up while I was in the store. Lol. But low and behold they were able to get me back up and running. Thank you Ryan. Please also extend my appreciation to your coworkers since I do not recall their names but each of them did their best to be attentive, helpful and pleasant. In this time, that is rare, and to have 4 gentlemen all in one location is perfect customer service to me.

I went in to get my phone upgraded and Marcus and Dani were extremely helpful in the process and great with their customers.

Purchased phone w 2yr plan less than a year ago. I can not get internet frequently. Asked why my friend with Verizon could but not with Tmobile. He said my phone was not worth 20 .. Paid over 200 last year. He blamed it on the phone. Very disappointed with Tmobile. Think twice b4 you sign up with them.
