The move we had did not exactly go as planned as the truck they sent was not sufficient and we needed them to come back for a 2nd trip even though I sent a detailed manifest of our possessions weeks ahead of time. Additionally there was some cosmetic damage to our new fridge. However, all the movers we dealt with and Wendy at the office were very courteous and professional. They did do everything in there power afterwards to compensate us for the damage to our fridge as well as the double trip. The fact they really went the extra mile to make us happy really means something. Quality people to deal with. I will likely call them in the future to move our furniture when we get new carpet. Thank you.
