Very welcoming environment staff are very adequate. Took a couple drum lessons with James, he was very patient and attentive will definitely take more lessons. Great at giving advice for practice outside of lessons as well. I felt very enthusiastic and motivated to learn more.
Great place! The staff is very knowledgeable and very kind. They have a great selection of guitars, books, band instruments, and more. I've also had great experience with lessons there. I have never had a bad experience at Jim's, and it is my favorite place to try out guitars, look for gear, and just talk to people about music.
I ran into a snag while ordering some out-of-store gear and the guys were extremely helpful in getting it sorted out.
Excellent and knowledgeable staff, willing to take time to demonstrate instruments and equipment before you buy.
Came into get some drumsticks the other day and james was really great at helping me get the perfect sticks.
