Excellent service and friendly people. I travel from Milo to this Dunkin taking the 25 minute ride over going to the one in town because their service is excellent and coffee and food is always great.
this place is hit or miss. The customer service here is usually not the greatest. Maybe 1 or 2 people actually greet you correctly at the drive thru, tell you your total or even tell you to have a good day. Usually they have a backed up drive thru line and ive gotten out of line before after waiting 15 to 20 minsm which is unacceptable because they have no inside service. Ive worked at a dunkin before and had to churn out drinks and always have a smile for customers. Im not sure who does the hiring for this location but they need to fire them and find someone else. Basically, they need to fire most of their staff or actually train them on customer service.
