Sometimes when I'm feeling down I imagine all of the different blessings I've had in my life. My friends, and family. My job, and the roof over my head. I would swiftly burn it all to the ground for a single bite of a blueberry scone from the Spruce Mill Bakery. The staff are angels sent from heaven to make this grey world a little brighter and full of color.
The Belgian chocolate croissant is world class. I have eaten croissant in Paris, Geneva, Montreal, NY, Portland, etc., and Spruce Mill's is second to none. The pastry flakes perfectly having just enough crunch to balance out the delicious buttery chew. I can imagine that eating them fresh out of the oven would cause any pastry lovers heart to flutter. Bravo et Merci!

Hand pies, croissants and turkey sand. On Focaccia, Delicious!!
Unique place that you have to try. You won't find another place that has food like this. Whole foods, all natural it seems, as well as great daily specials and baked goods, Farm to table.... AND.... they have a great Coffee shop inside the restaurant! Really Great Coffee. Really Great Food. Go there and try for yourself!
