Can't get ahold of a living person and the delivery driver did not leave a door tag so I have no way of getting my package. Very disappointed.

Very helpful
We have a large printed sign on our front door directing any deliveries to be left at the back door. We received two deliveries this week while we were not home and both packages were left where we asked them politely not to leave them.nAnd.....we got a delivery of coffee pods a few months ago. Came home to find it on our deck under a pouring rain with no plastic bag protecting it from the elements.nPlease give use the service we pay for.
