Good store, good people.
I love this place! It's my favorite place to shop for clothes. They have makeup, jewelry, self care, children's toys, children's books and clothing. It had discounts and online shopping website. I have been going there forever and its amazing. There is great consumer service, feel good fabrics and a section for juniors, woman, girls, boys, and men. Overall I love everything about this place and you should really check it out!
I appreciate their Covid-19 safety measures! The store is very clean and well-organized, and the employee who helped with my Amazon return was friendly and professional.
We went yesterday for first time to the Covington Kohl´s and we were absolutely and completely thrilled , The store was super clean, everything well organized, they also have dispenser in all the store, so you can clean your hands anytime, and when we were to the cashier to pay for our purchase, Sharon was amazingly kind with us, we will back for sure and we hope to see her again because her customer service was awesome, she rocks!!!
