Make Sure you watch your due dates. Mine have changed from Saturday and gradually went to Thursday. And then they want to argue with you about it. I am paying for late fees I do not owe. Buyer beware

I paid my monthly payments on time until the pandemic hit. I did not get unemployment for the first 3 months when the pandemic was going on. They cut off my term and told me I went past my 6 months and that I have just been making up excuses this whole time. After the pandemic and going back to work, I switched jobs and they told me that I wasn’t allowed to pay them when I got paid from my new job. They were basically telling me to figure out a way to pay them rather than me waiting on a paycheck from my job. I have asked them numerous times to stop being rude to me and they still continue. I don’t think this is a good place to buy from at all. They are rude and I have been nothing but communicative with them about every situation I am going through.
