THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY I made an online reservation and paid 110 dollars for my appointment ahead of time. I arrived to see a sign that stated they were open for massage that day, but when i called they said they were closed. It has been 5 days and i haven't recieved any follow up and my payment has not been returned. I will be following through with this- this is STOLEN money.

I paid for my service and when I arrived the location was locked. I received a text that said they are not providing services and the booking “must have been a mistake” I asked for a refund and gift card and nothing. Over $100 and no service or refund. Won’t even acknowledge my outreach trying to seek some kind of resolution. Unbelievable. Don’t waste your money. If possible I would give zero stars.

My massage experiences were nothing to write home about, but their business practices are sub-par. I went there following a car accident and they indicated I would not have to come out of pocket and they would bill my auto insurance company for their services, which is all well and good. However, not only did they over-bill my insurance company, but they also attempted to take more of the proceeds from my personal injury settlement than they were entitled to. Avoid them if you are seeking treatment for a motor vehicle accident.

Karla and all of the massage specialists are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. My husband and I were being seen for treatment after an automobile accident in October, and the massage therapy provided to us at Masterpiece Medical Massage helped us feel so much better. Karla was always accommodating and willing to work with our schedules, and she was always very kind and welcoming. Willow, Samantha, Tori, and Becca are AMAZING massage therapists. I highly recommend Masterpiece Massage to everyone! From injuries, to stress-relief, you should definitely come see them!
