I highly recommend this place!nI'm never disappointed in their customer service and quality of their product! Their cabinets are BEAUTIFUL and are of GREAT quality.nI a new customer and they their customer service reps have gone above and beyond with helping me work through placing orders and just with any questions I have. Since Covid-19 has happened I have struggled to find a company that cares to hear about what their customers input and issues are and try their hardest to work diligently on resolving them and I now have found the perfect one! Keep up the great work JSI! You have a new lifetime customer!!

I had a great experience. The women in the front were very helpful and the cabinets are beautiful I will definitely be back and I will recommend JSI to all my friends.

Got some cabinets for our new house thanks to Pete he really knows his stuff and we ended up getting a whole new set the wife loves them. Happy wife happy life thanks Pete!

Disappointed with the service received from Pete, the warehouse manager. Had an order to pickup and first we went in the front office but no one was there to help us out. Then we went in the back, went in the warehouse and Pete gave us an attitude that we cant be in the warehouse cuz of covid and that theirs a sign on the door. The sign was small and can barely see it and in the end Pete told us that we should be thankful that they are open because of covid. Also, he stated that he doesn't care if we close our account.nnI guess my message to Pete is be thankful you have a job even though covid is closing down so many businesses and maybe be thankful that small businesses are still working and providing orders for them to fill. Second, we are going to close our account with JSI and wish you nothing but the best.
