My laptop screen was cracked and I was looking for a reasonably priced replacement. I researched the parts price ahead of time and then got an estimate from the folks at CPR Cell Phone Repair. Their quote was close to mine and was fair.nI advised them I needed a quick turnaround and they gave me a timeframe that met my needs. The replacement screen was installed and they called me to pick it up, advising me that the replacement screen they installed had some issues but gave me the option of picking it up while they secured a replacement screen. They called when the replacement came in and installed the screen quickly.nThat's a long winded explanation for the following statements.nThey provided a reasonable quote and timeline.nThey respected my desire to get it back even though it wasn't a perfect repair and, without me discovering it on my own, ordered the replacement part.nBottom line - great customer service at a very fair price. Not bad. Fairly flexibilitynWeird hours. And no sign. Hard to find
Quick. Same day fix, though we waited until the next morning to pickup the device. It was very cheap due to asking a staff member if there was anyway to get a discount he referred me to groupon and wallah about 50$/50% off. Great location, not greedy and overall seemed very knowledgeable. Would/Will use again!
